We process personal data only to the extent necessary and on the basis of the GDPR (for data subjects in the EU/EEA) and the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
3. Visiting the website & server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records information sent by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of access and the (possibly shortened) IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the technically error-free and secure operation of the website.
Hosting: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inh. René Münnich, Bautzener Str. 56, 02742 Neusalza-Spremberg, Germany. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider. Data is processed on servers in Germany.
4. Contact by email
Email links on this website open your local email program. No data is transmitted to a server of this website. If you write to us, we use the details in your message solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Booking via Calendly
The “Book a strategy call” buttons lead to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). You only leave this website when you click one of these links; Calendly’s privacy policy applies to the booking. Calendly is not embedded on this website.
6. Fonts, images & scripts
Fonts (“Archivo”, “Source Sans 3”), images and scripts are hosted locally on our server and loaded only from there. No connection is made to Google or other third-party servers.
Videos
On the testimonials page, videos are only loaded when you click “Play”. YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com, Google Ireland Ltd.); once you click, your browser transmits data such as your IP address to YouTube, and YouTube may store data in your browser. Other videos are loaded from live-broadcasting.rocks. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
7. Cookies & analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no web analytics tool. Exception: when you play a YouTube video (see Videos), YouTube may store data in your browser.
8. External links
Links to LinkedIn and visibilityday.ch lead to services of other operators, whose privacy policies apply.
9. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR / Art. 25 revFADP), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to support@td-global.ch is sufficient.
